Local USB Backups: When you choose to back up to a USB drive or local folder, NO personal data, photos, or credentials are collected, processed, or transmitted. Everything happens strictly offline on your own device's hardware.

Google Drive Backups (Personal Data): We do not store your photos, videos, or Google credentials on our servers. All authentication is handled directly by Google via OAuth 2.0. We only locally process OAuth tokens on your device to execute your requested uploads from your phone directly to Google servers.

Usage Data: We may collect anonymous, non-personally identifiable usage statistics to improve the app's performance, such as crash reports and feature engagement metrics.

2. Google Drive Data Access

Snapopic requires access to your Google Drive strictly to perform backups requested by you. We only access the specific folders you authorize. We do not view, share, or sell your photo content to any third parties.

3. EU Privacy Rights (GDPR Compliance)

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, port, and erase your data. Because Snapopic’s architecture is strictly serverless regarding your media:

• Right to Access & Portability: All your data remains in your Google Drive or USB. We hold zero personal media or account data on our servers to provide you.
• Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): To completely erase your footprint, simply revoke Snapopic’s access in your Google Account Security settings and uninstall the app. No residual data will remain with us.

4. Cookies and Advertising

We use cookies on our website to analyze traffic and provide a better user experience. We may show advertisements served by Google Ads (AdSense/AdMob).

Google Ads: Google uses cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to our website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to our users based on their visit to our sites and/or other sites on the Internet.
